Trade booth spaces are 3 x 3 m and comprise back white walls 2.5 m in height. The front 1 m of the side walls are half height and designed to present a market feel. Standard fascia sign with 30 characters, lighting and power, trestle table and 2 chairs, as well as registration for 1 exhibitor are included in the hire of each booth. Additional signage, furniture, lighting, and audio-visual requirements can be arranged directly with the booth supplier to suit your individual requirements.

A trade booth booking includes one exhibitor ticket. Up to two additional exhibitors can be booked as well. Exhibitor tickets include access to the Trade Expo area only. They do NOT include a Delegate registration. Daytime catering is included for registered exhibitors. Welcome cocktails and Closing Drinks are also included. Additional exhibitors, and attendance to the networking dinner for each exhibitor can be added at additional cost.

General trade booth $2,500.00 [AUD inc. tax] and *Member trade booth $1,990.00 [AUD inc. tax]

Trade booths are very limited and will be allocated to trade exhibitors on a first-come-first-served basis. You may be at risk of losing your allocation if payment is not received within 14 days of invoicing. The booth may be released for booking by another interested party after that time. Please note, we cannot reserve booths without payment in full.

Cancellation Policy
50% refundable if cancelled by Friday 20 Jun 2025, 20% by Friday 4 Jul 2025, nil after Friday 4 Jul 2025. (If booth resold, then 50% refundable). All cancellations and substitutions must be advised in writing – email is sufficient – by the cut-off dates.
