Trade booth spaces are 3 m x 3 m and comprise back white walls 2.5 m in height. Side walls are half height and designed to present a market feel. Standard fascia sign with 30 characters, lighting and power, trestle table and 2 chairs, as well as registration for 1 exhibitor are included in the hire of each booth. Additional signage, furniture, lighting, and audio-visual requirements can be arranged directly with the booth supplier to suit your individual requirements. Additional exhibitors, and networking dinners for each exhibitor can be added at additional cost.

Trade booths will be allocated to trade exhibitors on a first-come-first-served basis. You may be at risk of losing your allocation if payment is not received within 14 days of invoicing. The booth may be released for booking by another interested party after that time.
