This Pacific Infrastructure Conference is recognised as the most inclusive conference on the Pacific, bringing together both political and
business representatives from all 16 Pacific Islands countries as well as Australia and New Zealand, Japan, France and other bilateral partners
and multi-lateral development agencies like ADB, World Bank, and UNDP.
Below is where you can begin your registration as a DELEGATE. Note, there is a General and a Member rate. The discounted Member rate is for members of the
Australia Pacific Islands Business Council, and partner organisations Australia Fiji Business Council and Australia Papua New Guinea Business,
as well as for the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Pacific economies.

Inclusions: Payment of Delegate Registration Fee entitles the delegate to attend all conference plenary sessions, tea breaks and lunches, and the Trade Expo
on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as social Networking functions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Attendance to the conference networking dinner
on Tuesday is complimentary to registered delegates however you must claim your ticket during this registration process. Tickets will be issued on a
first-come-first-served basis subject to availability. Registered delegates can purchase additional seats for non-delegate guests to the conference
networking dinner on Tuesday at an additional cost subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy 50% refundable for cancellation by Friday 25 Jul 2025, 20% by Sunday 3 Aug 2025, nil after Sunday 3 Aug 2025. Substitution permitted any time. All cancellations and substitutions must be advised in writing – email is sufficient – by the cut-off dates.
